Import Duties & Taxes
We do not charge import duties or customs fees at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer, where applicable.
Processing Times
We want you to get your items as quickly as possible! Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time and must be added to the estimated delivery timeframe.
Tracking Information
Once the order has been shipped, an automatic email containing a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time movement at all stages of transit.

Delivery
Most orders are delivered by the customer’s local postal service. Delivery is considered completed once the carrier marks the shipment as “delivered” to the shipping address provided at checkout. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the local carrier may leave a notice with instructions for collection or redelivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow those instructions and collect the parcel in a timely manner.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal of delivery, the shipment will be classified as a failed delivery. In such cases, responsibility for the shipment, including any return shipping fees or additional carrier charges, rests with the customer.
Unexpected Delays
Delivery may occasionally take longer than the estimated timeframe due to factors beyond our control, including international transit, customs inspections, carrier delays, or peak periods. Such delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation, refund, or chargeback while the shipment remains in transit.
Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept or collect the delivery, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. Any costs incurred, including original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and additional carrier or handling charges, will be deducted from the total amount eligible for refund.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
If an order is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact the local carrier directly to initiate an investigation. We may assist by providing tracking details; however, responsibility for secure delivery rests with the customer.
