Order Cancellation Policy (24 Hours)

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 hours, orders are automatically processed and cannot be cancelled.
If your order has already entered processing or has shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In that case, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our return policy below.

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received

Return Shipping Responsibility

We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

Request a return for the original item

Place a new order for the replacement item

If the replacement costs more, the price difference will be charged.
If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.
